Return Policy

Right of withdrawal

Under distance selling rules, for physical products you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. The product must be suitable for return and unused.

Digital products

For digital content where download or access has been provided, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the consumer has given consent before using the right.

Return process

Send your return request by email. After approval, return the product by courier. Return shipping is at your expense (except for defective items).

Refund

After the product is received by us, the payment will be refunded by the same method within 14 days.
